The Terms of Service govern your use of our website and digital services.
The Terms & Conditions govern your overall relationship with Skin from Brazil LLC, including services, communications, and legal obligations.

SERVICE TERMS AND CLIENT AGREEMENT

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Skin from Brazil LLC, located at 2667 Highway 42N, McDonough, GA, 30224 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By booking an appointment, using our website, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

 

2. Services

Skin from Brazil LLC provides aesthetic and cosmetic treatment services, including but not limited to laser treatments, facials, skin treatments, and related services.

Services are provided by licensed professionals according to applicable state regulations.

 

3. Appointments and Booking

Appointments must be scheduled through our approved booking systems, website, or authorized staff.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary due to operational, safety, or medical reasons.

 

4. Deposits Policy

For first-time clients, a 30% deposit of the service cost is required to secure an appointment.

For facial services, a 30% deposit is required for all clients, including returning clients.

Appointments without a completed deposit may be canceled.

Deposits are:
Non-refundable
Transferable up to two (2) times
Transfers must be requested at least 12 hours before the appointment

Reschedules or cancellations made within 12 hours will result in deposit forfeiture.

 

5. Payment and Credit Card Authorization

A valid credit card must be kept on file using a secure payment processor.

Cards are not charged until services are completed, except when fees apply under cancellation or no-show policies.

By booking, you authorize Skin from Brazil LLC to charge applicable fees under these Terms.

 

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Due to high appointment demand, the following cancellation rules apply:

If cancellation occurs:
Within 12 hours → 30% service cost charged
Within 5 hours → 50% service cost charged
No-call / No-show → 100% service cost charged

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require:
Prepayment for future services
Mandatory deposits
Termination of client relationship at management discretion

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, our studio is not a suitable space for children. Clients must arrange childcare in advance, as children are not permitted in the facial room. For waxing services, children must remain with their parent at all times.

 

7. Late Arrival Policy

Clients have a 10-minute grace period.

If arrival is more than 10 minutes late:
Appointment may be rescheduled
If rescheduling is not possible, a $10 late fee may apply

If service continues:
Service time may be shortened
Full service price still applies

 

8. Health and Safety Policy

Clients experiencing symptoms of contagious illness or exposure to infectious disease may be denied entry in compliance with state regulations and Universal Precaution protocols.

Cancellation fees may be waived in health-related situations at company discretion.

 

9. Minors and Children

To maintain a safe and relaxing environment:
Children are not permitted in treatment rooms.
For waxing services, children must remain supervised by their parent at all times.

 

10. Client Conduct

To maintain a professional environment, clients must behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.

Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in:
Immediate service termination
Refusal of future services

 

11. Cell Phone Usage

Clients are encouraged to remain fully present during treatments.

Headphones must be used if consuming media during services.

 

12. Right to Refuse Service

Skin from Brazil LLC reserves the right to refuse service at any time for safety, legal, or behavioral reasons.

 

13. Medical Disclaimer

Services provided are cosmetic and aesthetic in nature and are not medical treatments or medical advice.

Clients should consult a licensed physician for medical concerns.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skin from Brazil LLC is not liable for:
Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Loss of income or opportunity

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Skin from Brazil LLC through our website at https://www.skinfrombrazil.com/, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to hello@skinfrombrazil.com or call +1 (678) 458-2937 during business hours.

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
