OUR POLICIES AND TERMS

Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for every client. Please take a moment to review them before booking your appointment.

Deposits
 

For first-time clients, a 30% deposit of the service cost is required to secure your appointment. For all facials, regardless of whether you are a regular client, a 30% deposit is required to hold your appointment. Appointments without an unpaid deposit will be canceled.
 

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred up to two times if a reschedule request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any reschedules or cancellations made after the 12-hour window will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

Payments and Credit Card Policy
 

When booking a service, a valid credit card must be stored on file using a secure payment processor. Your card will not be charged until the services have been completed. All clients are required to have a valid card on file.

 

Cancellation/No-Show Policy
 

Due to the high demand for appointments, last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact other clients and result in unfillable time slots. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. To cancel your appointment, please use the booking system.
 

If you miss your appointment or fail to cancel within the 12-hour window, your card on file will be charged a percentage of the service cost, depending on the circumstances:
 

  • Cancelling within 12 hours of the appointment: 30% of the service cost.

  • Cancelling within 5 hours of the appointment: 50% of the service cost.

  • No-call/no-show: 100% of the service cost.
     

Clients who repeatedly cancel last minute or fail to show up may be required to prepay or provide a deposit for all future services at the discretion of the Spa Manager. The Spa Manager may also choose to terminate the client relationship at this time.

 

Late Policy
 

I understand that life happens! If you're running late, please inform me as soon as possible. There is a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your appointment. If there is no availability to rebook, a $10 fee will be applied.
 

Should we proceed with the service, please note that your appointment time may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. However, the full service charge will still apply.


 

Sickness Policy
 

For the health and safety of all clients and staff, state regulations prohibit entry into the studio if you are experiencing or have been exposed to an infectious or contagious illness. These guidelines follow Universal Precaution protocols to help prevent the spread of illness.
 

If you develop symptoms or have been in contact with someone who is sick, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible. The cancellation fee may be waived in such cases.


 

Minors & Children
 

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, our studio is not a suitable space for children. Clients must arrange childcare in advance, as children are not permitted in the facial room. For waxing services, children must remain with their parent at all times.

 

Cell Phone Usage
 

To ensure a peaceful and distraction-free atmosphere, we ask that clients remain fully present during their treatment. If you wish to listen to music, videos, or other content, please use headphones to avoid disrupting other guests and staff.

 

Right to Refuse Service
 

Our licensed professionals reserve the right to refuse service at their discretion. We may also dismiss any client who is disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
